2. General conditions of use of the site and the services proposed.

The use of the site involves the complete and full acceptance of the general conditions of use described hereafter. These conditions of use are likely to be amended or completed at any time, and therefore the users of the site are prompted to refer to them regularly. 3. Description of the services supplied.

The purpose of the site is to provide information on all the company's activities. BizLine endeavors to provide the site with information as precise as possible. However, BizLine shall not be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in the updating, whether due to them or third party partners supplying this information. All data posted on the site is given for information only, and is likely to change. In addition, the information posted on the site is not comprehensive. It is given under reservation of modifications made since they were posted.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data.

The site uses the JavaScript technology. The Internet site may not be held liable for any material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the site's user commits to access the site using recent and virus-free equipment, and with an up-to-date last generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

BizLine is the owner of the rights of intellectual property or holds the rights of use on all elements accessible on the site, and more particularly texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the site's elements, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden unless authorized beforehand in writing by: BizLine. Any unauthorized use of the site shall be considered as making up counterfeiting and prosecuted in compliance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

Limitations of liability.

Bizline may not be held liable for any direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment, upon access to the site, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications indicated in point 4, or from a bug or an incompatibility. BizLine shall also not be held liable for any indirect damage (for example such as a loss of market or loss of chance) resulting from the use of the site. In France, personal data is protected notably by the Act no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, the act no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995. When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address. In any case, BizLine collects personal information relative to the user only for the need of certain services proposed by the site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when ensuring entry himself. The user of the site is notified or not of the obligation to supply this information. The site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, implemented with BizLine's authorization. However, BizLine is unable to check the content of the sites visited, and therefore shall not be held liable for them.
