LA FABRIK, A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

The BizLine teams participated in the design of la FabriK. It is bright and filled with plants, with convivial places for conversation. These workspaces contribute to a calm and welcoming work environment.

Provision of fair trade products: The Biz'tro is equipped with a smart zero-waste fridge offering healthy and balanced dishes all day long along with self-service hot drink dispensers providing sustainable organic teas and coffees (UTZ Fair trade Bio/Rainforest).

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATORS

Raising awareness of sustainable development practices among employees: 1 Friday per month, BizLine employees are invited to participate in BizMorning.
For one hour, they are informed of the progress of CSR actions and meet experts on sustainable development issues. A Microsoft Teams channel is also dedicated to our BizCare approach where everyone can discover good practices to be more responsible in their daily life.

Waste Reduction:  
On our premises, we separately collect 11 waste streams to recycle and give products a second life: paper, cardboard, cans, plastic, glass, corks, batteries, WEEE, printing cartridges, not forgetting masks and food waste for which we have set up a compost bin (coffee grounds, peelings etc).

EQUITY INDEX
MEN/WOMEN

In accordance with the "Professional Future and Equal Pay for Women and Men" law of the 5th of September 2018, companies with more than fifty employees are required to publish an index on their pay gap between men and women.

The global index is calculated according to 4 criteria, for which BizLine obtained the following scores:

1 – Pay differentials: 33/40
2 – Individual increases: 35/35
3 – Increase upon return from maternity leave: 15/15
4 – Mix of high salaries: 5/10

The minimum score required is 75 points out of a maximum total of 100 points. If this is not achieved, corrective measures must be implemented.

For the year 2021, BizLine received a total score of 88 out of 100 points.
